Why KOCKA exists

I run a repair shop and I know what the day looks like: tickets in Excel, warranties in a paper notebook, customers calling every day asking "is it ready?" One day I lost a job because it was nowhere to be found — that was the last straw.

We tried a dozen ready-made solutions. All built for a fictional "universal" shop — nice UI but doesn't understand how the work actually flows. No local language, no local tax ID, no proper claims handling per local law, no used-goods trade. Networks? Nobody had networks.

I built what I was looking for and couldn't find. Now repair shops around the world use it — yours can too.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after the 90-day trial?

Nothing automatic. No invoice, no card charge (we don't ask for one upfront). We email you near the end — you decide whether to stay. If yes, you pick a plan and pay. If not — your data stays for another 30 days so you can export it, then it's deleted.

Can I export my data anytime?

Yes. CSV export for every module in a couple of clicks. Contracts and tickets — A4 PDF. Your data is yours, not held hostage.

I'm a one-person shop, is this overkill for me?

No. Basic plan is exactly for that. You open an account, ignore what you don't use. Tickets and warranties are all you need if you don't deal with companies.

I have 5 technicians on the road — can each use it from their phone?

Yes. Pro plan allows up to 10 users. Phone has PWA mode (install like an app). Each tech has their own account, you see who did what (Audit log).

I have old data in Excel / another program — how do I bring it over?

CSV import for the pricelist works out-of-the-box. For tickets and customers — write to info@kocka.app, I help manually for the first few shops that switch.

How do I get support if something doesn't work?

There's a "Bug / suggestion" button in the app itself. You write what's happening — your company and page URL are auto-attached so I see what's up. Pro and Premium also have chat / phone.

Is it secure? Where's the data?

Servers in Europe (GDPR-compliant). Each company has its own SQLite database — nobody can "count" your tickets via an SQL exploit because they don't share a DB. HTTPS everywhere, optional 2FA, regular backups.

Does it work in my country / language? I have customers from multiple countries.

Yes. KOCKA is available in 46 languages — European (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Nordic, Slavic, Baltic), Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Bengali) and Middle Eastern (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu — with proper RTL layout). Every customer who scans a QR sees their portal in their own language automatically.
